Consilium

Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

Draft — this document will be reviewed by a privacy lawyer before the service opens to the public.

Before you use it, it is important to understand exactly what the tool does, what it does not do, and what your responsibilities are.

What the service is — and is not

  • Consilium helps you understand a medical situation and prepare for the conversation with your doctors. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis and not a treatment recommendation.
  • The specialists in the discussion are AI systems, not doctors. They can be wrong, miss information or misread research — even after fact-checking.
  • Every medical decision — starting, stopping or changing a treatment or medication — is made only with the treating doctors.
  • In an emergency call your emergency number or go to the ER immediately. Do not use the service in urgent situations.
  • Rights and insurance information is general information from public sources, is not insurance advice and is not binding.

Uploading information about another person

  • You may upload medical information about another person only with their consent, or if you are their legal guardian or authorised representative.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure you have such permission before uploading documents.

Liability

  • The service is provided as is. No liability is accepted for harm arising from relying on report content without consulting a doctor.
  • The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
  • Israeli law applies; the place of jurisdiction will be set in the final version after legal review.

Fair use

  • The service is for personal and family use. It may not be used to provide medical services to others.
  • A patient file is for one person; open a separate file for each patient.
